Each serving is a tablespoon consisting of 20 calories, half a gram of fat, 10mg of sodium, 4 grams of carbs, zero sugar and 1 gram of fiber.

In addition, it has 110mg of potassium and .4 mg of iron.

How Much Caffeine In MUD\WTR

Mud contains about 1/7th the caffeine of a 12-ounce cup of premium drip coffee.

The caffeine in coffee can vary up to 30mg, depending on the beans and the roasting method, according to the FDA.

Though more subtle, the caffeine content of MUD\WTR can vary as well, but by blending a 6g serving of MUD\WTR in a 12-ounce cup of water, you will typically yield around 35mg of caffeine plus or minus a couple of milligrams.

What Are The Health Benefits of MUD\WTR?

The herbs and adaptogens in mud\wtr pack some highly great benefits for your body.

Starting with the organic mushroom blend:

How to Make MUD\WTR Taste Better?

This was an adjustment for me. Getting my mud to taste perfect. You just have to find what works for you.

Think about how you used to drink your coffee. Do you like it as a latte? Or straight black? Sweet?

Or with a little bit of creamer?

The same goes for mud. I have found that adding a splash of almond milk or cashew milk, and sweetening it with either a touch of maple syrup or raw honey gets me to the perfect cup every time.

You could also add it to a smoothie with some bananas, your favorite type of milk or whatever else you like in a smoothie.

The instructions for a cup of mud\wtr is fairly easy. All you’ll need to do is add 12oz of boiling water to 1 tablespoon of MUD.

Of course, you can try other ways, such as making it a latte by adding some nut mylk and sweetener if you’d like.

Yes in my opinion it is very healthy. MUD\WTR is full of healthy, organic ingredients that have many benefits.

Is MUD\WTR Safe?

I am no doctor and everyone is different. I can say that it contains safe ingredients, but you would need to consult with a doctor to make sure it is safe for your own personal consumption.

The biggest difference I see is that Everyday Dose still has coffee as one of its ingredients, while MUD\WTR is a complete coffee alternative and is chai-based.

So it really depends on what you’re looking for. If you don’t want to just go cold turkey, Everyday dose, Ryze or Four Sigmatic can be a good first step to ditching coffee all the way.

The ingredients in mud\wtr can help improve your digestion, which in turn can help you to better absorb nutrients and eliminate toxins from your body.

However everyone is different, so I cannot say rather or not it will help you lose weight.
